Delivery & Returns
U.K. SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched Monday to Sunday on a standard delivery service unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped on Saturday & Sunday are not processed by the courier until Monday. This is out of our control.
Orders placed after 12pm will be processed as received the next working day.
Please note we are a small, family run business and whilst we strive to meet same day order processing expectations there is usually a maximum 2-3 day processing time on orders prior to shipping. If you need your order by a specific date please specify in the "Add Order Note" box and we will expedite the order processing.
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard UK Delivery: 2-4 business days — £5.00 (eg. Hermes with EVRI)
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days — £7.00 (eg. UPS)
- In Person, Hand Delivery: Same processing day (if within 10 miles of IG7)
All orders are sent via a tracked postal service. When your order has been processed your tracking number will be sent to the email or mobile number that you have provided.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments are sent via UPS, DHL, FedEx or DPD on a fully tracked courier service direct to your door.
We offer the following delivery options:
- EU Standard International: 2-5 Working Days — £7.99
- EU Express International: 1-2 Working Days — £12.99
- UAE Standard International: 2-5 Working Days — £14.99
- UAE Express International: 1-2 Working Days — £11.99
- Rest Of World Standard International: 2-5 Working Days — £14.99
- Rest Of World Express International: 1-2 Working Days — £9.99
(order cut off is 1pm UK Time on the day of purchase)
All international orders must include a telephone contact number for customs purposes. Please complete all contact information in full at time of purchase. Failure to provide this information will result in a delay in your order being processed and shipped.
Please note that customers outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the product reaches your country of origin. All such charges are your responsibility. Thomas Royall has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. If you refuse the package for this reason, customs authorities may charge Thomas Royall an administration fee, this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount. When completing your purchase your are entering into a contract and agreeing to our terms & conditions as stated above.
CHRISTMAS 2024 ORDERS & SHIPPING
Orders received by 19 Dec. 1pm will be shipped in time for Christmas guaranteed delivery. Orders received after this time will be delivered after Christmas due to our chosen courier's shipping timeframes.
Our offices will be closed for Christmas from Thursday 24-29 Dec 2024.

TERMS OF SALES | RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
How Do I Make A Return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply request a return by emailing customerservice@thomasroyall.com
Please note purchases that are Final Sale will be mailed back to you at our discretion.
There Was An Issue With My Order.
Please notify us of any order issues by emailing customerservice@thomasroyall.com as soon as reasonably possible. We will issue a refund or exchange upon receipt of the item(s) returned to us within 14 days of receipt at our premises. Refunds/Exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. Returns remain the property of the customer until safely received by TR Leisurewear Ltd.
Returns & Refunds
In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn and undamaged within 14 days of receipt. A refund will not be given until we have received the return at our warehouse, therefore, we recommend that you use a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received by our depot.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return costs are not refunded by TR Leisurewear Ltd. Where a refund for return postage is agreed, we will refund postage costs to the maximum GBP amount as per postage costs detailed under the section above titled "Shipping". A flat fee of £7 will be deducted from your refund when using "Self Serve Returns" method.
Please handle all items with care. When trying on clothing please ensure you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
We kindly ask that you allow 5 business days from receipt at our returns facility in order for us to process your refund request. During busy sales periods our returns procedure can take up to 14 days. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Final Sale & Markdown Items
All items ordered in a sale or markdown can not be returned. All sales are final. Sale and markdown means that the item is showing the original price plus a sale price (usually in red.)
All sale or marked down items and/or items purchased from our OUTLET page and/or during a promotional sale period are final sale. Return requests will be reviewed by our staff but we reserve the right to refuse return of these items. There is no "cooling off" period given on discounted items. By proceeding to purchase you are agreeing to our Final Sale Terms & Conditions as explained above.

Thomas Royall Is Now Paper Free!
Please note we have removed all paperwork from our orders. Thomas Royall pride ourselves in moving towards becoming a completely sustainable/green business. Thomas Royall continues to make changes in the manner in which we run on a day to day basis as well as on the larger scale to ensure we make a minimal negative impact, thus potentially creating a positive effect, on the global and/or local environment.
Returning An Item Purchased During The Sales Period
Returning An Item Purchased Using An eGift Card
If you purchased online using an eGift Card, after your item has been returned, we will credit your thomasroyall.com account to the relevant value. This will be visible in the 'My Account' area after you log in and the funds will be available to use on your next online purchase.
Please note that if you did not have a thomasroyall.com account when making your purchase with your eGift Card, in order to get a refund you'll need to set up an online account with us using the same address used to make the purchase.
