1. 2023 Christmas Giveaway terms & Conditions

1.1. The 2023 Christmas Giveaway competitions will run on social media and on the Thomas Royall website, entries being subject to the terms and conditions below.

1.2. The (2) 2023 Christmas Giveaways will run from 01/12/2023-12/12/2023 and 13/12/2023-24/12/2023, closing at midnight on both dates. Entries after this time will not be considered.

1.2.1 TR Leisurewear Ltd reserve the right to extend the closing date of The (2) Christmas Giveaway 2023 without written warning.

1.3. By entering The 2023 Christmas Giveaway competitions, you agree that your name and photo can be used to promote the Thomas Royall brand.

1.3.1. By entering The 2023 Christmas Giveaway competitions, you agree to promote the Thomas Royall brand across you personal social media platform(s) in the form of 3x posts over 1 week via the Instagram Story function and/or Main Grid. All posts must include a clear promotion and tag/@ of Thomas Royall's Instagram page.

2. The (2) 2023 Christmas Giveaway Entries instructions

2.1. Entries for The 2023 Christmas Giveaway competitions  may only be carried out in the following way. Your entry will be considered if you complete any one of the following 

2.1.2. Entries must be sent via Instagram @ThomasRoyall

2.1.3. The Entrant must be following the @ThomasRoyall Instagram page.

2.1.4. The Entrant must share the original @ThomasRoyall competition post via the Story function inc. backlink to the original post.

2.1.5. The Entrant must @/tag 3x nominated entrants by commenting on the @ThomasRoyall original Instagram post.

2.1.6. The Entrant's nominations must all be following the @ThomasRoyall Instagram page. 

2.1.7. At least one entrant must be 18 years of age at time of travel.

2.1.8. Taking the above specified steps signifies an agreement that you have entered (Part I &/or Part II) of The 2023 Christmas Giveaway Competition and that you accept these terms and conditions. 

2.1.9. TR Leisurewear Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entrants whose conduct is contrary to the conduct of the spirit or intention of the Thomas Royall brand. 

2. The 2023 Christmas Giveaway Prize

2.1. 7x nights at Dubai's 5* star Anantara Hotel Dubia, UAE. 1x Premier Lagoon view room. Half board basis.

2.2. Valid 01/01/2024-30/12/2024. Specific dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

2.3. Travel to the Theme Park is not included.

2.4. The prize is valid for a family of 4 people only, one of whom must be over 18 years of age by date of travel. Or ticket costs must not exceed £200

2.5. There is no cash alternative and there is no replacement or exchange possible for either Part I or Part II Giveaway.

2.6. TR Leisurewear Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred during, before or after transit to the location, (Giveaway Part II) or any liability that arises on behalf of the entrant, during its course. 

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. TR Leisurewear Ltd will own the copyright of all photographs taken by the entrant; either wearing the product or whilst in transit to and at the Theme Park. As ownership of this copyright, in accordance with UK law, TR Leisurewear Ltd will be able to use these photographs exclusively for 70 years. 

4. Governing Law and Terms of Agreement 

4.1. These terms and conditions are considered to be an agreement between TR Leisurewear Ltd and applicants to The (2) 2023 Christmas Giveaways. 

4.2. This agreement is governed by English Law.
