Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday on a standard delivery service unless otherwise specified.

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2-3 working days — £5.00
  • Next Working Day Delivery — £7.00
    (order cut off is 1pm on the day of purchase)
    • Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next working day
    • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery
    • Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday

All orders are sent via a tracked service. When your order has been dispatched your Royal Mail tracking number will be sent to the email or mobile number that you have provided.

International shipments are sent via DHL, FedEx or DPD on a fully tracked courier service direct to your door.

  • EU Express International: 1-2 Working Days — £19.50
  • UAE Standard International: 2-5 Working Days — £25.00
  • UAE Express International: 1-2 Working Days — £45.00
  • Rest Of World Standard International: 2-5 Working Days — £20.00
  • Rest Of World Express International: 1-2 Working Days — £35.00

All international orders must include a telephone contact number for customs purposes. Please complete all contact information in full at time of purchase. Failure to provide this information will result in a delay in your order being processed and shipped. 

Please note that customers outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the product reaches your country of origin. All such charges are your responsibility. Thomas Royall has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. If you refuse the package for this reason, customs authorities may charge Thomas Royall an administration fee, this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount. When completing your purchase your are entering into a contract and agreeing to our terms & conditions as stated above.

There Was An Issue With My Order.

Please notify us of any order issues by emailing customerservice@thomasroyall.com as soon as reasonably possible. We will issue a refund or exchange upon receipt of the item(s) returned to us within 14 days of receipt at our premises. Refunds/Exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. Returns remain the property of the customer until safely received by TR Leisurewear Ltd.

Returns & Refunds

In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn and undamaged within 14 days of receipt. A refund will not be given until we have received the return at our warehouse, therefore, we recommend that you use a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received by our depot.

Please handle all items with care. When trying on clothing please ensure you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

We kindly ask that you allow 5 business days from receipt at our returns facility in order for us to process your refund request. During busy sales periods our returns procedure can take up to 14 days. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Christmas Returns 2021:
Returns on orders placed between 01 Nov & 25 December 2021 will be extended to 04 January 2022. A full refund will be issued for returns received on or before 04 January 2022. Any returns received after this date will be accepted for Exchange only.


Please follow the returns details set out above and include along with your Returns Note your preferred size and/or item for exchange. Please note we cannot hold item(s) pending a return, stock levels changing hourly and exchanges cannot be guaranteed until your item(s) are received back to us. Exchanges must be received back to us within 14 days of receipt. Your replacement item(s) will be sent out within the same time frames set out above.

Exchanges can be made for any item(s) up to the value of the purchase price. The price difference on item(s) chosen with an increased price value must be paid in full ahead of your exchange being sent out. Any discount applied at the time of purchase will be honoured on item(s) chosen for exchange. If an item has reduced in price after the time of purchase there will be no credit nor refund given for the price difference.

Please note we have removed all paperwork from our orders. Thomas Royall pride ourselves in moving towards becoming a completely sustainable/green business. Thomas Royall continues to make changes in the manner in which we run on a day to day basis as well as on the larger scale to ensure we make a minimal negative impact, thus potentially creating a positive effect, on the global and/or local environment. 

Returning An Item Purchased During The Sales Period

Please appreciate that specific sales campaigns and discounts are independent and run for a certain time period only. Discounts cannot be requested once the sales period has closed. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless specified by TR Leisurewear Ltd. Returns must be received back to us within 14 Days of receipt unless otherwise stated by TR Leisurewear Ltd. 

Returning An Item Purchased Using An eGift Card

If you purchased online using an eGift Card, after your item has been returned, we will credit your thomasroyall.com account to the relevant value. This will be visible in the 'My Account' area after you log in and the funds will be available to use on your next online purchase.

Please note that if you did not have a thomasroyall.com account when making your purchase with your eGift Card, in order to get a refund you'll need to set up an online account with us using the same address used to make the purchase.
