Delivery & Returns


Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday on a standard delivery service unless otherwise specified.

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2-3 working days — £4.95
  • Next Working Day Delivery (cut off is 11:30am on the day of purchase) — £6.95
    • Orders placed before 11:30am Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next working day
    • Orders placed after 11:30am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery
    • Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday
  • We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Please get in touch by emailing if you require a Saturday U.K. delivery

When your order has been dispatched a DPD tacking number will be sent to the email or mobile number that you have provided.

Delivery updates can be tracked at using your tracking number. If you entered your mobile number at the time of your order, you will also receive regular text updates.

DPD will deliver between 9-6pm. All orders are sent on a signed for service. If you are not available, you can select a more suitable delivery date, ask for this to be left with a neighbour or opt to collect your order using your tracking number and the following link:



Delivery times to addresses outside the U.K. are not guaranteed.

International Standard items are tracked with Royal Mail when leaving the U.K, and can then be tracked with the national post service once outside the U.K. International Shipments sent with DPD can be track via the following link:

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.



Purchases do not arrive with our premium gift boxes. Please add this at checkout should you wish to add our gift packaging.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unwanted goods to PO Box 3011, ROMFORD, RM7 1TT. Along with your return, kindly enclose the Returns Note explaining the reason for your return and clear instructions requesting either an exchange or refund. If there is an issue with your order please notify us by emailing as soon as reasonably possible. We will issue you a refund or exchange, upon receipt of the item(s) returned to us, within 14 days of receipt at our premises. Refunds/Exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. Returns remain the property of the customer until safely received by TR Leisurewear Ltd.

In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn and undamaged within 14 days of receipt. A refund will not be given until we have received the return at our warehouse, therefore, we recommend that you use a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received by our depot.

Please handle all items with care. When trying on clothing please ensure you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.
