We know sometimes it can be hard to keep up motivation. With swimming pools, gyms and classes only just beginning to open with a reduced capacity - our weekly routines haven’t been running as normal. But maintaining your fitness and health is so important, not only for your physical health but your mental health too. The body releases endorphins when exercising, these chemicals can really help to lighten your mood as well as ease pain and stress – ideal during these times of uncertainty!
So, for those who need a little bit of a boost and are looking for ways to keep and stay fit – this is the blog for you. We have put together a guide of exercise gear, workouts, resources and even a Thomas Royall Workout Playlist so you can get work up a sweat, burn some calories or just get your adrenaline pumping.
Here at Thomas Royall, we have been using some of the time that we spent at home to keep fit. Our versatile ‘Luca’ and ‘Bobby’ style shorts are perfect for different types of workouts, from pilates to deadlifts. The durable material, comfortable cut and elasticated waistband make them the ideal choice, especially in the warm weather we have been having.
Pair with our breathable, cotton Logo T-Shirts and you are good to go! If you are working-out outside be sure to wear a cap and protect yourself from the sun!
